Register Your Kindergartner Today!
Loudoun County Public Schools kindergarten registration is now open! We look forward to having your child begin their educational journey with us! Learn more about registering your kindergartner at www.lcps.org/KindergartenRegistration. We encourage families to enroll their kindergartner now to help ensure a smooth start to the school year. For assistance, please contact your local LCPS elementary school or reach out to LCPS Registration Services at RegistrationServices@lcps.org or 571-252-2490. Register today and start your child’s kindergarten journey. We can’t wait to welcome our newest learners. The first day of school for the 2026/27 school year is Monday, August 17.


Greetings in faith and fellowship. On behalf of the Rho Kappa Sigma Alumni Chapter of Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity, Inc., I am reaching out to ask for your support in spreading the word about our 2026 Scholarship Program to the young members of your congregation.
As a brotherhood deeply rooted in the principles of Brotherhood, Scholarship, and Service, we are committed to uplifting our community by investing in the next generation of leaders. Our scholarship program offers awards ranging from $500 to $1,000 to high school seniors residing in Loudoun County who demonstrate academic promise, leadership, and a heart for service, particularly service to the African-American or Afro-descendant community.
To be eligible, students must:
- Be a current Loudoun County resident
- Have a minimum GPA of 2.5 on a 4.0 scale
- Show evidence of leadership and community involvement
- Submit an application, academic transcript, letters of recommendation, and a personal essay
The application deadline is May 31, 2026, at 5:00 PM Eastern Time.
