The Personnel Ministry is a designated ministry to recommend personnel actions and policies to the church; to perform recruitment and employment activities for the positions or services as needed; to oversee personnel matters involving the compensated staff and applicable contracted services; and, maintain consistency in the church’s personnel/human resources management.
The Personnel Ministry informs and collaborates with the Pastor, the Deacons, Trustees Ministry, Budget Ministry and other ministries that participate in the Church’s business affairs – primarily in matters of employment, staffing needs and contract services.
