The Oak Grove Baptist Church, Sterling, Virginia, is looking for individuals who might be interested in working at our church as an Audio Engineer, a Technical Director and/or a Camera operator in our Audio Visual Ministry. These positions are for Sunday morning worship services — 10:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. and special events.
Each position comes with a stipend per Sunday. We are looking for dedicated, sincere individuals that are willing to give his/her services to our church. Any interested individual(s) can contact me at the email address posted below:

OGBC Missionary Ministry Rejoices in announcing OGBC’s Baptist General Convention of Virginia (BGCVA)2025 New Life Members for their distinguished service to the Lord: Sister Celestine Spriggs and Trustee Reginald James. They will be celebrated during the Area “D” New Life Members Annual Day Luncheon on Saturday, April 19, 2025, 10:00 am at The Wyndham Garden Manassas, 10800 Vandor Lane, Manassas, VA 20109 (703) 310-6663. Tickets for the celebration are $80.00 per ticket. For purchase of a ticket(s), please see Sisters Carolyn Washington or Connie Britt at our Missionary table located in the Narthex after service each Sunday beginning Sunday, March 9, 2025, through Sunday, April 6, 2025. Please join us in supporting our special honorees!!
The OGBC Women’s Ministry is asking for donations for their first outreach service for 2025. Our theme, “Lending a Helping Hand,” supports our humanitarian relief effort for families impacted by the wildfires in California. Our first outreach focus will be to collect items for Babies. We are asking for donations of non-perishable baby food, new clothing for babies 0-24 months, toys, and other necessities, such as diapers, baby wash, baby lotion, wipes, etc. Donations will be accepted Sunday, March 9, 2025, through Sunday, March 30, 2025. A collection box will be set up in the Narthex for all donated items. At the conclusion, all items will be shipped to Los Angeles, CA for distribution. Monetary donations are welcomed.
